My dog Frijolita has surgery at Presidio Way today .Patella Luxation. Doctor Helmer explained everything and she is really kind . Everything went well . She cared about Frijolita and did the best for her. The service is excellent and front desk is friendly . One assistant explained everything as well for how to use the medicine . I recommend them.

The most wonderful people here. Dr. Chatoian has helped us in a pinch in many a a-typical veterinary problems. When my sensitive dog who does not even like the groomers comes in nervous but happy and ready to see her friends here, I am shocked each time, and also so incredibly grateful. 🙏☺️

Absolutely wonderful staff. The services are definitely pricey but the people that work there seem to really care about the pets they treat and they provide wonderful service so I believe it is 100% worth it.

Can't say enough good things about Presidio Way and their team there - they've always listened patiently and have taken great care of our family's two yorkshire terriers. Even for a routine checkup we never feel rushed and we're given ample time to ask any questions that we have. Additional bonus - we love that they can do teeth cleaning at the clinic as well. =)

Great staff who explain everything (what’s necessary and what’s not depending on your dog) and care for my senior special needs dog beautifully. Love going here so even after we moved far away we return. Dr. Helmer is brilliant and kind, as are all the staff.
