We had to take our “Chewbacca” in for surgery (he ate a sock). The staff at this facility were amazing. They allowed me to visit with Chewy before and after surgery. Staff were absolutely wonderful and patient with myself and Chewbacca. I would recommend the vets and staff to anyone needing care for their fur baby:) Chew is home now and making a swift recovery! Thank you to all the staff and vets for taking care of Chewbacca:)

Some of the staff here really need to work on their communication. We had to stop by during our short trip to Vancouver because my cat bit her tongue. They weren’t friendly or welcoming at all, and we had to wait for them to finish their call, even though someone could’ve helped since it was an emergency. I’m glad I don’t live nearby, or I probably wouldn’t go back. If I did live there, I’d definitely drive to the closest one to make sure someone actually cares about my pet.

Dr. Gibson is absolutely amazing along with the staff at Tri Lake, their compassion, and dedication to providing excellent care to our four legged fury family members. During the sudden loss of our beautiful girl, Dr. Gibson and her team showed compassion and pure kindness during our time of sorrow. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism

I brought my cat in with emergency. They took him in immediately and got to work and got him better and back home to me within 2 days. They were so kind during the whole process by calling with updates, answering questions when I phoned and letting me visit him. I couldn't have asked for better a better place to look after my cat. Would highly recommend their office and team.
