Everyone at this practice is kind but I must give a special review to Savannah. I had a bad scare with my cat Piper today and I must have phoned her ten times in a few hours. She was unstintingly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. She made me feel safe and seen. Thank you!

Amazing practice and would definitely recommend them to anyone. When we took our cat to see them, he was unfortunately in the very late stages of kidney disease, so there was not much that could be done for him, but they did everything they could to make him as comfortable as he could be in his final weeks. When it was time to put him down, the care that they gave for both us and our cat was amazing. It is such a difficult thing to have to put an animal down, especially one that has been part of the family for years. They were extremely compassionate and helpful during a process that is unimaginable and painful. You can tell that they love and care for every animal as if it is their own. I will always be grateful to them for the love and care that they provided to us and our cat during that time.

Sooo happy we listened to a friend and came to this vet. We moved to south surrey from Richmond about 10 years ago and have been to several vets out this way. Not the best experiences. North Bluff animal hospital was an excellent experience . Did not feel pressured to experiment on my cat, quite the opposite! Good old school vet feeling. Great prices aswell.

They are THE BEST! The vet techs are such sweet hearts with the animals and the vet is AMAZING. he took so much to explain everything and answered our many questions. He doesn't over charge us for things we don't need and we never feel pressured to buy something. The way he handled our cats, you see that this is true love for the animals he cares for and it is really reassuring. Best clinic please visit them if you need! ♥️
