Dr. Malhotra and Dr. Kailay saved our dog Bruiser’s life. Our regular vet said there was less than 1% chance he had an obstruction, however his condition was not getting better. We brought him to Mainland and his condition was getting progressively worse and very concerning. After ruling out the previous diagnosis from our regular vet, they believed there was an obstruction. They were able to book an emergency ultrasound and perform surgery immediately after. Surgery went very well and an object was removed. We are so grateful to have Bruiser back home with us. Both Doctors we had exhibited great care, knowledge and professionalism. We felt like they took the appropriate steps every time we were presented with a further complication. All the staff were very supportive and empathetic during this very difficult and emotional few days. Thank you to all the staff at Mainland. We can tell how loved and cared for Bruiser was there!

I brought my Pomeranian Coco, who was attacked by two big dogs that ripped her leg off of her body. After applying pressure to the artery, I was able to bring her to Mainland emergency hospital. All three doctors Dr. Daliwall, Dr.Singh, Dr. Malhotra and vet techs were amazing! She had extensive Life-threatening Injuries and they were able to save her life in a very compassionate and professional way. I am truly grateful to this hospital and its staff (Parul, Sumeen, Noor and Rippen). If you’re furry Kids ever need emergency care. This is the place to go. With much gratitude, Rose H & Coco 🙂❤️🩹🌹

I highly recommend this place. I brought my dog, Choco, in around 10:30 PM because he wasn’t acting like himself, and I felt something was off. Dr. Arsh provided clear, honest information about the necessary tests and associated costs. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Arsh and his assistant Rippen were exceptionally kind and reassuring. When I picked him up the next morning, he appeared comfortable and content. I’m extremely pleased with the care and service we received from start to finish.

We had a great experience at Mainland Animal Emergency Clinic. Rippen at the front desk was super friendly and fast, which helped calm us down. Our puppy might have eaten something dangerous, so we rushed her in with the box of the item. Dr. Dhaliwal assured us she’d be okay, induced vomiting, and confirmed she hadn’t eaten any of it. Their quick action and kindness gave us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thank you and gratitude to Dr. Dhaliwal, Dr. Singh, Dr. Malhotra and all the staff at Mainland Emergency Medical Animal Clinic for their excellent services, medical care, empathy and knowledge to perform complex abdominal surgery and save our dog Scout. They were exceptional in their follow-up and communication at all hours of the day and night. We were also very impressed by their facility for its cleanliness, state of the art examining rooms and medical equipment. We would highly recommend them without hesitation to all pet owners who need emergency medical care for their pet.
