Although the vet and staff were very nice during my dog’s vaccine appointment, I felt like I was being “upsold”, they weren’t transparent about pricing and I wasn’t able to get a receipt despite asking twice (including after appointment). It all felt unnecessarily shady.

We went to Alpenlofts within an hour of their closing time the other night because our puppy ate something she shouldnt have. We hadn't visited here before but knew friends that recommended them. We were SO grateful that they were open a bit later than the other vets in town!!!! Thank you so much to your team for your great care and help with Honey's "situation". They even called the next morning to check up on her to see how she was feeling. It's the little things like that which make a huge difference! I would definitely recommend this vet hospital, and will be back again for sure!

This is my second review of this clinic. I made one a number of years ago, not long after Dr. Grewal opened. I'm writing a second review because after many years of taking my cats to Dr Grewal his level of knowledge, care, and compassion towards my fur family is the best I've ever had. I never feel overcharged, and they are always willing to go over things thoroughly with me so that I feel like I have a good understanding of everything that's happening. Dr. Deamon is also there now, and he recognized, and diagnosed and extremely rare lung disease in my cat that has only been found apparently in four other cats in the world. We knew he had feline asthma already but this was a new development unfortunately. They even went so far as to print me off the information about this rare disease so that I could better understand and manage Oscar's issues. I could go on and on, but just want anybody who is considering taking their fur babies here that they will definitely be in good, trustworthy hands.

I have had nothing but great experiences bringing both my cat and dog to Alpenloft Vet. The team is kind and thorough. Dr. Grewal has been exceptionally attentive, even answering many of my calls after hours. Highly recommend their services!

Be careful with the medication that you get from Alpenlofts Veterinary Hospital they sold me an EXPIRED MEDICINE.
