I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for Dr. Corinne Chapman. Her knowledge, kindness and compassion made me feel so supported in a very difficult issue with my dear dog. He's on a 'holistic' and raw foods diet and I feel that there is a team cheering for Fred and I. The staff are also great. Thank you so much.

Dr. Smith and his staff are AWESOME! They've looked after my dogs for 15 years. I've moved and now drive all the way from Shirley, BC to continue utilizing their excellent services and would go nowhere else!

Been taking my rescue dogs here 4 12 yrs. Dr Smith gave my lab husky with hip problems 5 more yrs of life with no meds. I drive from Nanaimo every yr 4 their checkups and they cant wait 2 get in the door. Wonderful staff as well. Tomorrow I will take my golden sheperd Banjo. Hope the trip is easy 4 me.

Have been going here with all my pets, absolutely love this vet office. They are so wonderful and accommodating. Have even made emergency appointments at other offices when they are too busy or will be closed when someone gets off the ferry.
