I took two kittens in today for their first exam and shots. I am very impressed with the staff. They are kind and considerate and very gentle with the kittens. Thank you.

They took great care of my cat that was spayed. We bought our cat from Luv 4 paws rescue. This rescue has been terrible to deal with. She tries to make it so you can't name your pet, only she can. Which turned into a fiasco when trying to pick up my cat from the clinic. They use the name the rescue gave her and wouldn't let my husband change it in their system when he dropped her off. I tried to pick her up they 'didn't' have a cat there with that name. I then asked the front desk lady to change it and she refused to because she was too busy. . Then this lady THREATENED to make me pay again for the spay because the rescue organized it. What?! How I'd this acceptable. So she was getting called the wrong name causing more stress to her. They also register MY cat with this wrong name. If she happened to get loose that could be a problem. Both of these businesses need to figure this out better. Not ok on either end. And a stressful day was made more stressful because of their actions.

They did great with my Gusarilla a.k.a Gus. Decent price for everything I got done. They did such a great job that when he escaped the house after surgery and ran through the forest his stitches were all intact and he is still doing great 😻😻💙💚

I am a repeat user of their services. I always have my animals spayed and neutered there. Cleo was our most recent pet to be spayed.
