Dr. Peter and his staff are incredible. We knew this from the first time we had to take our pet in. It was an emergency situation on Canada Day and the office had absolutely zero issues getting us in. This visit wasn't nearly as pressing but the entire office treated us like gold. I couldn't recommend this office enough.

Absolutely the best care for our 2 small dogs. The care and compassion that is given every time we visit is amazing. I'm so sorry that Chico did his business on your carpet 😔 I am so embarrassed. I raised him better than that. lol We are so grateful 🙏 Thank you so much. ❤️

After having years of poor experiences at my previous vet clinic (where my pup was muzzled the minute I walked in the door), I’m so thankful to have found Tsolum. My first appointment there was over 45 minutes and was not rushed. Every single person was very kind, caring and professional. My dog was a bit nervous in the first few minutes … but within 10 minutes was calm and interactive. Not a single person treated her as if she was a problem dog, and she ended up being very well-behaved because of it. (Instead of frightened and traumatized). I felt listened to, and could tell they really cared. Dr. Parke was very kind and friendly, and Nicole equally so. It was a Fantastic experience and I’m very thankful to have found them.

Have a strange automated booking system that creates appointments then charges you for them without your confirmation. Seems like they’re more interested in money than actually caring for animals. Had a year of paying for services for my dog that another vet was able to fix within the first consultation. Would not recommend- many better options in the Comox Valley.
