We’ve been going to Dr Smally for 7 years. He’s always been a great Dr for our animals. However he is no longer the owner. The receptionists act like they run the clinic. They are unprofessional & rude. I had to take my dog to another vet so they told me they would not make an appointment for my dog again. This is crazy since the other vet is 50 km from our home. Terrible service.

Absolutely amazing!!! They are so kind, helpful, respectful and courteous. My dog visited them for an emergency while I was traveling and honestly, I wish they were my primary vet!!! Thank you very much!

Most caring staff. The vets are great! Dr Smalley correctly diagnosed my dog. One eye drop twice a day has changed his quality of life and extended it many years!
