Dr.Katie has been our vet since before she opened her own office and we love her so much❣ She has helped our 5 of our elderly family pass over the rainbow bridge in 5 years and has done so with such empathy and compassion. She has cried with us and freely has the best hugs. On the flip side She has also helped us welcome new family members and has spayed, neutered, vaxed, and offered the best advice. Dr. Katie is always professional, friendly, and quick. Always answers your questions truthfully and fairly. The admin staff are all wonderful as well. Very quick to reply to phone calls/emails, answer your questions, and make appointments work for you. Prices are within range of veterinary clinics in nearby towns. My dog is always excited to visit the vet, never fearful. I’m so thankful to have this team of lovely people so close to home ❤️

Dr Katie and her team are exceptional! They are responsive, knowledgable, skilled, and truly care about their clients. Highly recommend the Bulkley River Vet because of clear communication and compassionate care.

They are absolutely amazing. My cat is 10 and burns lake vet REFUSED to help. I went to houston and they were great. He has diabetes and they did blood work , meds , and the food he needs. They were so thoughtful and helpful and understanding. I can't say enough about them at the bulkley river vet . You all are very special to our family. Thank you for all your help and support
