They get me in as soon as they can, reception is friendly and helpful, Dr. Tim and Dr. Kerry are great, each with their own style, but both offer good information and the latest info when it comes to pet health. My sister's dog had emergency pyometra surgery and Dr. Kerry saved her life. She is now a healthy bouncy dog again. My dog hates the exam table so Dr. Tim examined her on the floor. She had a great experience because of that. Caring and great with our dogs. Thank you 💖 update: still great! Going above and beyond for all our pups, thank you ♥️♥️♥️

It’s unfortunate to say I had a terrible experience with Tanglefoot Fernie. I brought my cat in who was struggling with her weight and eyes. Dr. Perz made me extremely uncomfortable.. acting as if I’ve been abusing my cat.. she even gave me the impression she thought I was lying when I was answering her questions as she was kind of mocking me (I stayed up after a 16hour nightshift for this appointment so I was very tired) I explained my temporary situation and she made me feel very bad about myself for it. Everytime she left the exam room I could hear her complaining which was giving me anxiety. The assistant was staring into my soul as this vet scolded me. Even my cat was panting and stressed. I spent close to $500 and still was made to feel I couldn’t care less about my cat. When she explained the weight loss plan she looked at me rudely saying “does that make sense or?!” After giving me very confusing instructions. When I called back a few days later due to my cat suddenly getting a cold.. I kept getting told that a vet would call me back but nobody did. I called multiple days in a row until I finally called steeples in Cranbrook and was treated with respect, even my cat felt better in steeples environment. My cat is now feeling better and I have a clear plan on what’s best for her no thanks to Tanglefoot where I spent more money than Steeples.

Dr.Tim took very good care of my wildman Airedale terrier on a Sunday at the emergency clinic after he got into chocolate. He even took time over the phone to personally answer my questions later on in the week. Very kind and helpful.
