They have always been straight forward in our options and been kind to our pets. Most of the time I can get an appointment there fairly quickly, and the staff are friendly. Our family has been going here with various dogs and cats for over 20 years now.

I wish I knew the name of the Vet Tech that took my girlfriends panicked call at 6am on Monday morning. My 17 year old dog, Gunner was having very scary symptoms suddenly. They included twitching, confusion, wincing in pain, etc. After a thorough breakdown and analysis of the symptoms, the vet tech guided us through which could have been mild post-seizure, or post-stroke conditions. We were in a panick, ready to say our goodbyes, but the call made us calm, collected and put our minds at ease. Everything went perfectly afterwards, Gunner recovered rapidly and I cannot be more grateful to which ever amazing female vet tech took our call.

From the first initial phone call to getting my DOB neutered to my other dogs her shots, they are fabulous. Kind and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Called for a simple question months ago. Very rude phone call and my question was answered with attitude. Very happy with the care my cat is receiving in Chilliwack instead. Check out Cheam Veterinary!!!
