Been a client and neighbour and intermittent staff since 2013. I trust this team with everything from preventive care, routine care, surgery, and end of life decisions and euthanasia appointments. They always have great advice and have made excellent recommendations for all my pets through all ages and stages of life. Most recently my sweet Phil had a sudden and horrific episode of diarrhea. They came to the rescue by identifying the problem quickly and recommending a thorough and thoughtful treatment plan and products that worked like a charm! If you’ve experienced pet diarrhea you can relate to my enthusiasm for how quickly they were able to resolve the uncontrollable mess. When it came to neuter and pre existing hernia repair they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate Phil’s special needs. We did test a suspicious bump on his head and unfortunately it came back as low grade cancer. They swiftly took action and recommended a treatment plan and ways to monitor him throughout his life for recurrence. I feel supported managing a complex, high needs dog. 10/10 recommended. I can’t thank them enough. On a personal note, I must thank them for being so kind to my son and explaining medical procedures to him in a child friendly way. He is confident our pets are in good hands with Team Aldergrove.

I reached out to Aldergrove Animal Hospital recently with concerns about my dog, and they were so quick to call me with an earlier appointment for him. As it turns out, he improved on his own and we ended up canceling the appointment. The staff here is clearly wonderful and cares about their patients— existing patients and new ones! If my dog needs to be seen by a vet in the future, I’ll definitely be taking him here. They also have taken wonderful care of my mom’s dogs!

They have always been great with all of my pets over the years! Recently got a new puppy and will definitely be taking him there for any of his needs! Super friendly staff, both at the front desk & vets :)

It's taken me a little bit to be able to write this, but I just want to say an immense thank you to all the staff that was there the day I had to say goodbye to my goodest of boys. It was an immensely challenging day, but the compassion and care that I was shown by everyone that day is something I will never forget. I just want you all to know that you made a difference and I appreciate you all so incredibly much. This is an incredible clinic/animal hospital, and I would recommend it time and time again. The staff and Doctors are knowledgeable and really care. Thank you all again, from the bottom of my heart.
