This review is long overdue. We adopted our puppy Jasper about five months ago, and we are so glad we chose the Animal Care Center as his vet clinic. Our introductory appointment with Dr. Nicole was reassuring—she is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. A month after our initial visit, Jasper ate something during a walk and became extremely sick within 12 hours, exhibiting symptoms like bloody diarrhea and vomiting. We called the clinic, and they fit us in the same day. Dr. Nicole recommended keeping Jasper overnight at the clinic as he had also developed a fever by then. I was in tears, but Dr. Nicole was patient and understanding, answering our many questions without rushing us or pushing us to make quick decision. She gave us time to decide and allowed Jasper to have his own bed and blanket overnight. We received regular updates before she left for the day and first thing in the morning. Everyone literally everyone working at this clinic made sure that Japser is well taken care of. We are so glad to have found this clinic, where they treat your dog as their own. Usually, you find one or two nice people at a place, but here, from the reception staff to the vet technicians and the doctor herself, everyone is extremely kind, patient, and friendly. We had the option of free neutering through Jasper’s rescue adoption, but we chose to get it done here at the Animal Care Center because of our confidence in the staff and Dr. Nicole's expertise. As first-time pet parents, we ask a hell of lot of questions about Jasper's diet, exercise, routine and care and we were a little hesitant that it may frustrate everyone working there but everyone answers our questions with utmost respect. Jasper is now recovering from his neutering surgery, and as I look at him, I realize how lucky we are to have found this clinic. Jasper has a blast every time he's there. He goes in and comes out of this clinic like it’s a dog park and I haven’t heard or seen a dog loving his vet and everyone working there so much. At home, he follows me around everywhere and even sits next to me during all my work meetings, but this is the only place he goes in and forgets who he walked in with.🙄😛 Thank you so much to everyone at the Animal Care Center, and a big shout-out to Dr. Nicole for everything you do to ensure these four-legged angels have the best life. You all deserve a pat on the back for making this world a better place. In India, we say, ‘Doctors are the form of God,’ and I couldn't agree more. 😊

Our family was recently so blessed by the support and care of Dr Jackie Elbert and The Animal Care Centre of Strathmore. On December 21st we called in as we concerned with our 6 year Old Bernese Mountain Dog, Georgia was in physical distress. They had us come immediately, where quickly they were able to determine that she had a bowel blockage that would require emergency and ultimately life saving surgery. Our family is so grateful for the care and support they offered through this whole process. We have been with the Animal Care Center for several years and bring all our Dogs and cats here routinely. We have always received excellent service, care, and clear communication in understanding what’s required for care. Words can not begin to express how much love care and support we felt through this whole process. Every single person was so caring and took extra time to follow up and check in on us while she was in recovery and after she came home. Thank you for dealing with our family compassionately during the difficult time. I would recommend Animal Care Centre of Strathmore for any and all pet needs.

What amazing service! Thank you Animal Care Centre. I called in on Friday because my grand puppy had gotten into my grapes on the vine in my backyard. I did a Google search and found they could be very toxic. Even tho we were not a patient, they had a quick meeting, asked us to come in, made him rid his stomach of all they could Get out then fed him charcoal to absorb the rest. They made an appt in city for a 24 hour service that they could not provide due to hours needed (they are not a 24 hour facility) and sent us on our way. All with much care, professionalism and efficiency. Thank you Animal Care Centre. You were iconic in the treatment of a difficult situation. Nothing but accolades and gratitude from us.
