Super great service. I called in at 7:45am and was able to get by 8:30am on a Sunday morning. Had my dog sewed up in 30 min. Prices were very fair for being a Sunday. Big Jim ended up being fine thanks to them.

They just lost potential clients from rescue group. I called them a couple of hours ago when my Foster kitten was injured. I wanted to see the doctor by "on call," so I pressed "1" on the phone. Even tho I said I'm from rescue group and need help right away, she said, no. Well, I'm not going there, and a couple of other people were around me when I called her. They heard what she said because I was.on the phone on speaker. They also said they were not going there because they did not like her tone. So, ya, she just lost huge potential clients. I would rather drive an hour to go Pulse, which I am right now. They are much more friendly and gave me better service. Guys, go Pulse Veterinary Specialists located in Sherwood Park. When you call them, they will give you the best service!

I took my cat there for a procedure, which went well. The staff and vet were very knowledgeable and personable. I definitely would take my animals there and I will tell my friends about it. Reasonable price.

Absolutely love this vet! Out of all the vets I've seen in my life this one by far is the best. They are good with the price and far. The way they treated my girl was amazing and made sure she was as comfortable as she could be. I've even recommended my family to this vet.
