Everytime we go in we get great help. We are new to owning horses and they answer our endless questions. They also aren't always trying to sell us something. It's good info and a friendly manner. They also don't talk down to us. Prices seem decent too.

We went a few months ago with my 4-year-old daughter and my service dog. The employee was extremely rude and aggressive. Attempted multiple times to deny us service. She refused to bring out a manager until I insisted I was gonna call the police. She physically and aggressive took steps towards us, which I had to react defensively. Another person claiming to be a client was present and started insulting my family and attempted to interject constantly in the altercation. She even attempted impersonating a government employee in an effort to scare me. When I showed the other employee the card which state the law and the accreditation of my dog she didn't care. The same first girl then threw my purchased goods on the ground near my vehicle. I would be entitled to make a human right complaint and still have a few months to do so. The even was extremely stressful and we have yet to fully recover. No real attempt at correcting the situation was made. I have not felt safe to go back and I must go to the city to get the item I have been needing.

Gale is super helpful. I called in to ask about my pregnant goat and she totally guided me in the right direction with all the questions I had. She even followed up with a call about more information. This is an awesome clinic. Very apprecaitive of the customer service I receive every time I visit.
