Just left here less than an hour ago, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff here. They got my big boy in immediately and very last second, on a Saturday, for an emergency to fix up a dog bite on his ear from another pooch. Everyone was SO amazing to him and kind to me, and let me stay with him and hold him the whole time he got his stitches, while thoroughly explaining the whole process. It's safe to say that we found a new vet!

My pup was having problems with an infection. They booked me in and saw her quickly, helped ease my concern and made it an easy experience for her. The staff were amazing, they gave her treats and petted her and made her comfortable. The vet (Dr. Pacholok) was amazing and efficient, I have a wiggler and squirmer but she took it with ease. My pup was more excited and happy to be there than most pet stores. It was way less than I anticipated and I will definitely keep returning!

Just had an appointment with our dog, seen Dr. Jensen. We have had some questionable encounters with a few vets before in the past and this time, it was not the case. She was really good & understanding, professional & kind. Will definitely request to see her again! Good work Dr. Jensen.

We had a sad emergency last week where one of our ferrets was very sick and near the end. Incredibly thankful that we were able to bring her in and she didn't have to suffer through the night. We can't thank you enough.
