We have been to several different vets over the years and I have to say, today was the best visit we ever experienced. Okotoks Veterinary Clinic was recommended by our neighbor for several reasons and one being you and your pet are treated well and not like an ATM machine. Well, I have to agree 💯. Not only did Dr. Val look at the issue we attended for, but went over and above. I was willing to book another appointment, but he took care of my dog right then and there. The bill I expected was a fraction we were previously charged elsewhere and they didn't try to upsell us aromatherapy or tests that were really unnecessary. We will be bringing both pups in from now on! Thank you Dr. Val and staff. Looking forward to coming back to see you!

I had to get my cat in right away due to an infection from a bite. My regular vet was booked (as usual) but I was able to get in right away with the Okotoks Veterinary Clinic. I was very impressed with the professional and thorough services that we received. Sherman is now healed and a happy cat. We will be looking to move our vet services for our three cats to this clinic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Everyone was so kind and friendly to both me and my pup. I would highly recommend Okotoks Veterinary Clinic, as it was a pleasant first experience. The front desk staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Val Rausch was very informative, great with my nervous pup (and nervous me), and very welcoming, as well!

My dog and I had a great experience here. The receptionist was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The clinic was very clean. The vet was calm and gentle with my little dog and thorough. They make sure it’s safe for you and your dog to leave the office as there could be a larger animal that might be aggressive. I will be making them my regular vet from now on.

Okotoks vet has taken very good care of me, and I am very happy with their team! I went to Kelowna, and my dog got sick during the trip. I called okotoks vet (before I was a client even!), and they were able to send a prescription to one of the local vets, so I was able to take care of my boy while on vacation! Best service ever! If there's any sort of issue with my dog I call them and they always have an answer for me. My dog just loves Dr. Sebastian! Definitely recommend!
