The staff were friendly, patient, and thorough. Dr. Berg was thorough in getting a background of what has been going on and my concerns, and he did a great job explaining the results of the physical exam and blood work. At each step, he laid out my options and never tried to sway me into spending more money. He made sure he got specific details about her condition and answered all my questions in turn She was not impressed when they were taking blood, as seen in the included photo

The vets are always so caring and wonderful with the animals. I appreciate their advice and their skills and knowledge. They're all great but during a recent visit, Dr Hanley was fantastic with our pup Sonny. The visit was so great. Dr Hanley was so great with our Sonny's shots. The visit was so easy!

We were unable to schedule a C-section for our Frenchie at our usual office and The Lloydminster Hospital was more then accommodating - we ended up going in for emergency c section after our girl went into labour and the staff were amazing! To all of our surprise eight healthy pups joined our family that night - we were called the next day for follow up and sent home everything we needed to get started. I can't say enough good things about all the staff there! Thank you!

Excellent Vets & behind the scenes Vet Techs! Excellent & friendly staff at the front desk! Dr Becky Newman 🌟 my regular Vet, always explains what & how procedures will be done. Always does a thorough exam when I take my dog/s in for any reason. Took great care of my dog for dental surgery & kept me informed as to how he was doing. It put my mind at ease.
