The staff are so welcoming and the vets are very professional and gentle and always give Bubz all the loving, treats and attention when we go in. They are gentle, caring and very knowledgable, always giving me all the answers to my very many questions haha and Bubz never feels anxious when we enter the clinic! He comes out happy and chipper as always! Our favorite vet, definitely recommend! 🥰🐶🐕

The first time I came in was because my service dog became very ill. The staff got me in immediately and got to work on her as soon as i got there. They also made sure I was taken care of through the whole ordeal. The second time I came in was with my new kitten. Not only did they welcome him with his own little welcome message on a chalk board, they treated them as if he was their own kitten. This is by far one of the best vets I have ever been to and I am so thankful for all they have done

The team at The Pet Hospital (TPH) have been phenomenal with all our furry friends over the years. They were there for us as one of our pets (Shepherd Cross) decided to try porcupine (twice), another developed a lump which was removed, tested and ultimately our Great Pyrenees was given an all-clear. They were there for us when our Shepherd Cross went over the rainbow bridge. We cannot say enough about the wonderful group of people that work there!

We have been going to The Pet Hospital before it was known as The Pet Hospital. Amazing vets who truly care about your furbabies. From our St Bernard to our tiny Yorkie. Also love they they are Cat Certified for the feline side of our family.

I just stopped in here to see about buying a specific bag of dog food for my boy because my regular vet is in wetaskiwin. They had exactly what I needed and even offered to order the bigger bag size for me next time if needed! They also helped me out once with a medication for my other dog and the service was super friendly and fast! ☺️ *Edit to add Aug 2024- the Pet Hospital has now been my regular vet for both my dogs for the last year ☺️ would absolutely recommend 100% The most kind, compassionate, helpful, intelligent humans and such sincere love for animals! ♥️
