My Westie Lily and I saw DR. LISA LOEWEN today. Lily had a bad ear infection and she was kind and explained everything to me a showed me how to administer the ear drops. She made Lily at ease and was so gentle with my scared girl. The women at the front desk were just as caring and helpful. Feels good to have people who care for our pets and were exceptional with customer service. Was a great experience and hoping Lily is on the mend soon.

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past five years, ever since I first got him, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even after moving to Sylvan Lake, I still make the drive because I trust them completely. Recently, my dog needed surgery to remove a lump and had a teeth cleaning at the same time. The staff was amazing— they explained everything thoroughly, provided excellent care, and the cost was very reasonable. They’ve always been great with routine check-ups and vaccinations, and I’m consistently impressed by their professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend them!

I've lived in blackfalds for 6 years . The first time we took our dog to the vet, we were treated with kindness, and like family. Today we had to take our dog there to be put down. The staff was so compassionate of our feelings and when they put our dog down. I totally would recommend this vet hospital for anyone looking for a vet.

Awesome vet clinic!! Girls there are super friendly with some good humor. They are very well educated and answer every question with very good details. They are very gentle with the animals and my dog loved the visit. They have also dealt with our two cats and have helped us on several occasions with them. Awesome prices compared to other vets I've looked at to. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a vet for their animals.
