I do not recommend this place. Find another veterinary clinic if you can. I adopted my cat from a loving family who had previously taken her to this clinic for vaccinations. During the adoption process, they tried repeatedly to obtain her veterinary records, but after multiple attempts over several weeks, they were unable to get a response. I then tried reaching out myself to help. Their phone line goes directly to an automated message that does not even allow you to leave a voicemail. I also emailed and never received a response. I went to the clinic in person during their posted operating hours. The doors were locked, I rang the bell, waited several minutes, and knocked. No one came. I even called the number posted on the door while standing outside, and still received no response. It is incredibly frustrating that something as simple as obtaining a pet’s vaccination records has required multiple phone calls, emails, and an unnecessary trip to the clinic, only to find the doors locked during their supposed operating hours. The lack of communication and accessibility has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking e anywhere else. ‼️ Edit to respond to Owner: If the clinic is temporarily closed, there should have been clear communication across all platforms. Your website, phone message, Google listing, and even the clinic door should have reflected the closure. None of these were updated. A one-time mass email is not an excuse, especially when prospective customers may have no way of knowing about it. This lack of communication was completely avoidable and wasted my time.

Great staff! Very caring and gentle with my baby. They are also willing to work with you on prices. Dr. Q really knows her stuff with anesthesia and small animals. It was almost like my little dog never had surgery at all. She recovered so fast it was a relief.

Our dog had an eye injury, and my wife Dr. Q was able to do everything we could for him. We managed it for a while, then she ultimately removed the eye which helped him feel so much better. Almost a year later and he's doing great, and adjusting well to no depth perception 😃 Dr. Q and her staff also recently gave him a dental, which was a little scary since he's getting older now. They were very knowledgeable and got the dental done without any issues. His teeth are doing great, but more importantly his breath doesn't stink anymore! I highly recommend QVH to any dog or cat parents who want the best care for their pets!

I am so grateful to God for sending us to Dr. Q CLINIC. Our 7 cats were neutered, They are really good now. And she and her staff treated them wonderfully. It is a Blessing to find a beautiful place with very kind and experienced people. Thank, thank you. God multiplies all you do thousand times!!.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Please do not take your pets here they don’t care about you after they get there money. Hi just wanted to warn everybody about this place I took my girl here to get spayed about 7-8 months ago we just found out that they did not do the surgery correctly so she’s still going in heat. I have since not been able to get in contact with them through emails or calls. Please take your pets to someone that cares cause this place definitely doesn’t.
