I’ve had many dogs and I’ve seen many vets. Dr. Sunderland is the best vet I’ve taken my dogs to, and that’s including the Michigan State Veterinary Hospital. She is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pets healthcare. I can’t say enough good things about her. Thanks Dr. Sunderland!

Our mixed bred poodle has been seeing Kimberly Sutherland since 2011. We are extremely satisfied with the way she has been treating our Zoey. She clearly love our dog. We are impressed by the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff.

After leaving my vet of more than 30 years due to ownership change of hands 3 times now and now being corporate owned, which has ruined them I hate to say....I was hesitant of changing vets. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My first appointment to register one of my dogs went without a hitch today. She was due for her annual parasite screening along with her heartworm test & needed an anal expression. They handled everything perfectly. I even got the results same day while we were there. The final bill was reasonable. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. And Dr. Norton was warm and knowledgeable. I still have 3 more pets/babies to register, but so far I feel confident and stress free about deciding to switch to Falson Pass Animal Hospital. Also, one of the doctors is the owner. That is so reassuring. When you own the practice, you tend to take better care of it, your staff and your patients. So far, it shows ;). Thank you FPAH!

I’ve been bringing my three animals here for years, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. I stopped in to pick up my dogs’ monthly flea and tick prevention, and the front desk staff told me they couldn’t dispense it because my dog was due for an exam. I explained that I work the rest of the week and that her next dose is due tomorrow, and asked if there was any way they could provide the medication now and I’d bring her in next week. The staff member responded rudely and refused, so I asked to speak with someone else. When the doctor came out, she repeated the same thing and added that my dog “wouldn’t die” if she went a few days without her medication. When I expressed concern about fleas, suddenly they decided they could give me the medication—as long as I still brought her in. The entire interaction made me feel like I was being treated as if I’d done something wrong, rather than as a long-time client who cares deeply about their pets. I’m truly disappointed, and I think it’s time to find a vet who treats animals like family and not just as dollar signs.

Visited this hospital last week to scan the chip for a puppy. The staff are so helpful. The hospital opens from 8 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. It opens from 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays where as it is closed on sundays. The hospital is well maintained.
