Not all Banfields are the same… this office and their staff and incredible. They treat me and my Marlee with such tender care. They love my dog and want the very best for her. I have been on their Care Plus plan for 4 years. I always renew as it pays for itself and so much more. Thank you Alison for your kindness at the front desk! I was very disappointed with my visit today. The clinic rescheduled my appointment to an earlier date, and I arrived on time. However, because they were short-staffed, I ended up waiting almost one hour just to see the vet, and this was only for checking my dog’s paws infection. After finally seeing the vet, I had to wait another hour for the injection and skin test results. My dog became extremely anxious and frustrated after such a long and unnecessary delay. The entire process felt very disorganized and inefficient. What made the experience even worse was the aggressive upselling of medications. They strongly recommended several expensive products that I later found online for a fraction of the price. It felt more like a sales pitch than a medical visit.

I have been a loyal customer of PetSmart for over 10 years, purchasing health products and receiving related services for my dog. For the past decade, I have trusted this store and entrusted my beloved dog's health care needs to them, remaining a loyal long-term customer. However, recently, I have become extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the store's service quality and business practices, and I can no longer maintain my previous trust. Therefore, I am writing this negative review to expose the problems and warn other pet-owning families. Ten years of trust have only resulted in repeated disappointments and unpleasant customer experiences. I can no longer trust this store to provide safe and professional healthcare services for my dog, and I will never set foot in this store again. I will also tell all my pet-owning friends about this terrible experience and warn them to choose this store carefully.

Every time I call, I’m immediately put on hold for 20 minutes before I can even begin to speak. The wait time in person with an appointment is simply too long! I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but this needs to be addressed immediately. I’d rather travel across town to another Banfield for my dog to be seen and heard right away than to continue wasting my time with this one.

They have the nicest and most amazing team of staff and doctors here! Alex in the front desk ensures my every check in, drop off is smooth and helps remind me my next appointments time. Very patient and friendly nurses and doctors who are willing to listen and give you advice. I never feel rushed or hesitant about asking a question that might seem silly for vet. Professional, They take care of my fur babies each and every time and I appreciate them 🙏thank you!
