All Cats Veterinary Clinic

Jean was extremely rude and should not be working at the front desk. In my 35 years, I have never encountered such an angry and hostile receptionist. I handed her a form that I had been instructed to print. It was slightly crumpled because I had carried it with me several times while trying to catch some feral cats. When she took it, she sarcastically said, “Oh wow, I guess I need to start bringing an iron to work.” After looking at the form, she began scowling and loudly repeating, “This form is all wrong. You filled out the wrong form,” while aggressively banging her fingers on the paper. I also told her that the cat might have ringworm. She told me I would have to go home because they would not accept cats with ringworm. I asked to speak with a veterinarian, who then clarified that what Jean had told me was not true. The only reason I am not giving this business one star is that the veterinarians and the rest of the staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, Jean’s behavior made an already stressful situation much worse!

Love this clinic for their expertise in purebred cats. This is the clinic that all of my other friends who breed and/or show cats bring their cats to. They helped me out when my cat developed chin acne and gave me a topical treatment that would not discolor his chin (I was actively showing him). They give vaccines in the tail, and they use adjuvant-free rabies vaccines, which is great as one of my cats is prone to having injection site reactions. Very happy with the quality of treatment here.

I’ll start by saying the care that I have received is nothing less than exceptional, but the hoops I have to jump through to get that care are becoming ridiculous. I’ve reached out three times a week for the last three weeks in regards to scheduling my cat for a check up. He’s approaching the end of his life due to kidney disease, the office staff knows this and they refuse to call or email me back. I don’t want to have to transfer offices as my cat approaches the rainbow bridge, but now have no choice. Office has no VM, if you get a person they’re “too busy” and won’t call back. Their website is nonfunctional and they don’t respond to email. It’s gone way downhill in the last year or so.

Very friendly. Not terribly busy. Quick in and out. Just wish they were closer to Spring. It was an hour drive each way for me.

We recently visited this vet clinic after discovering blood in our cat's urine. The front desk experience wasn't the friendliest, as the lady seemed a bit stern and quickly addressed my lack of a mask. The clinic’s small and quirky atmosphere (cats free roaming around, exposed filing system, kitschy decor) doesn't quite exude the professionalism I'd expect from a veterinary facility. On the upside, our cat received prompt antibiotic treatment and recovered within a day.
