They may not cover every single thing, but they cover most and they have wellness and sickness combined with most insurance companies do not offer and at a low price. Submitting a claim is very simple and takes very little time to submit. Within 2 hours I received an email and text confirmation that they have received my claim and that it was currently under review. Within 24 hours my claim was approved and the money was deposited into my bank account the following day. Trupanion also has the option of paying directly to my veterinarian. Everything was completely hassle free and I have peace of mind that my pet is covered for his medical expenses
