Trupanion is and always has been a great company to be with for pet insurance. They have always been quick to get my claims processed and paid. Great people to talk to on the phone and they always ask about my pet health and well being by name. Very personal,professional and friendly!!

Megan was very understanding and helpful. I was having a difficult time with my veterinarian’s new prescription company. I thought I was going to have a difficult time processing my claims since they couldn’t give me the receipts the way I thought they were supposed to be. Excellent customer service… However
Excellent customer service… However, only four stars because in the beginning of the year, they doubled their prices on the 90% coverage to an UN affordable rate for most people. I dropped my policy to the 80/20 for roughly half the monthly cost. If they get a higher, I will have to consider canceling the policy altogether.
