Pets Best is the worst I've dealt with
Pets Best is the worst I've dealt with. Reasons stated below: 1) mailed certified claims - lost 2 times yet the certified card states: delivered to front desk. On the 3rd mailing they were finally received. Then denied claims because stated that claims were duplicate. Took 3 months for them to acknowledge they were not, but only after getting a supervisor involved. 2) filed another claim for an injury, claim denied, resaon: old injury (2 TPLO surgeries to rear legs) that were not covered - they could not read "Injury to front left leg" - Had to appeal, took over 2 months in "appeals" for them to decide that the injury is covered. 3) they answer the phone, but can't give you any information. 4) Left word with to have supervisor call me regarding the " lost claims" and the denied claim - never returned calls. Worst ever coverage - and you have to fight for every claim - which takes weeks. NEVER would recommend this company.

Embrace customer for life. Super easy to submit and file a claim and made it through with no issues. It’s already a very stressful time with my pupper being I hired but not having to hassle or go back and forth with an insurance company is such a blessing.
