The service is excellent! Caring, professional and quick to respond to questions and pay a claim. I have this insurance within five years for my cat. I got 80% reimbursed for two hospitalizations and one major surgery.

Peace to enjoy our time
My older dog had just died. His blessedly short illness was unexpected and I was unprepared. I cobbled together his last vet bill with three credit cards in an embarrassing and painful moment. Determined to not repeat that, I found Many Pets. You have been easy to work with, to understand, and have given my the peace to enjoy my pup.

Worse policy for emergencies
FOOTNOTE: Their response is below but I want others to learn from my mistake - ANY EXAM is NOT covered. Keep clear of Healthy Paws or pay dearly. "(E)xclusions are pre-existing conditions, preventative/routine care and the office visit fee (vet exam, emergency exam, recheck or consultation)." This is the worse policy for emergencies! Buyer beware! I had to take my dog to an ophthalmologist because the emergency rooms were too busy and she was able to work him in since his eye was bleeding. The exam was $499 which includes staining and of course diagnosing it. Healthy Paws reimburse me $60 because they said they do not cover emergency exams. I asked how does a veterinarian diagnose if they can't examine the animal and they had no answer for it it just simply isn't covered. So I canceled it. Shame on them for not covering emergency exams!

Saved my cat’s life
My cat’s vet bill was &2,100. We could not have paid it without this insurance because we are retired and barely support ourselves. Trupanion paid almost $1,700 toward the bill for a bowel flair up. Thank you so so much. Tears flowing with gratitude from an old lady. Hugs to all your staff
