Again same issue
Again, I put a claim for wellness. Same company as before, same service, bill stamped paid and total and the claim department cannot seem to find the amount paid or that it was paid. I cannot understand why I pay for a service that is clear and have so much trouble processing it. This company was great, but in the past year everything is a hassle with them

I put in my first claim to Embrace. It was easy to submit. They responded very quickly, accepted the claim and sent me a check with 7 business days. I don't think it could have been handled any better.

Buyer Beware:
Buyer Beware: Be sure to ask if they have a repetitive behavior clause buried in your prospective policy! Our new dog had two claims in 6 weeks for swallowing things he shouldn’t eat. Now I was told they will never cover this issue again because he had two claims for the same thing within 18 months. I am in the process of switching to another company that understands Siberian Huskies better and does NOT have that clause in their policy. #AVOIDPETSBEST #BUYERBEWARE

Trupanion express
I brought my dog in for his 6 month wellness visit plus to get allergy medicine and arthritis medicine. When I left the vet office I asked if they could submit to Trupanion express for me. By the time I got to my car and opened my phone I had already received notice from Trupanion that invoice had been submitted and was being worked on. They really mean express!! Just wish wellness visits were also at least partially covered. Maybe in time?
