I had a couple of questions before…
I had a couple of questions before enrolling my two puppies and they were answered promptly and clearly. I have not had a chance to make a claim, and I hope it will be a long while until I do. Hopefully then ManyPets will come through for us.

Janelle was kind and very knowledgeable about this policy. She went over everything thoroughly and answered all questions. We found this policy to be very reasonable to all that we have looked at. When I got off the phone I told my husband “She was so kind and a lot of company representatives could take some pointers from her on how to properly handle speaking over the phone with that type of company knowledge and insight”.
