I think most people that have dealt with any kind of insurance are skeptical of insurance companies overall. Admittedly, I was, too. Fetch has proven to be the outlier. They’ve been fabulous! They’ve covered all the crazy illnesses my kittens have managed to get. The first claim was denied, but I appealed with more info, and it was approved. Claims process is super easy, and money lands in your account same day.

I pay the highest rate/most coverage
I pay the highest rate/most coverage. Was denied an entire claim for getting my dog neutered with no explanation. Cant get ahold of anyone VIA their phone and cant find anywhere to be able to cancel the plan on their site. Also this is the only place that I can find to write about my experience and warn people. You just try to look out for your pets and this is what you get.

Do not get this insurance it is terrible
Whenever you do do not buy this insurance it is a total ripoff I've had it for several years paid all my premiums never had any claims and the first time my dog got sick with a UTI he had to have a lot of tests so they could figure out what was wrong with him it was $650 they decided that that was too much money to be paying so they denied my claim they require you to have them records of a year before you had the insurance so if you don't give them your records from a year before you had the insurance they deny everything so it's a total ripoff. Their business plan is they lower your premiums by never paying any claims.

They used to be great
They used to be great, not anymore. I’ve been with them for 2 years. My dog just turned 10 and they raised by membership from $73 to $98 a month. I pay extra for the wellness visits coverage and they’re refusing to even cover that right now. She just had her yearly senior check and it cost me $370. They only reimbursed me around $100. So I’m paying almost $1,200 a yr to be screwed up by this company. Forget about calling them. I’ve been on hold for 45 mins straight. I’m ready to cancel my policy.

From frustration to totally calm! Thank you Adam Altman!
I was totally frustrated and ready to cancel Gracie’s pet insurance policy. That is until I had spoken to Adam. He spoke to me in a clear , comforting easy to listen to voice and explained everything on filing a claim to me. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood how to file a claim and how Fetch ins. Works. Adam had calmed me down. So instead of canceling my pet ins., I am staying with you. Adam is definitely an asset to Fetch Pet Insurance. Thank you so much Adam.
