Advisor very helpful and thorough
After extensively reviewing pet insurance options for my new puppy, I decided to enroll in Fetch. The advisor I spoke with (Janelle) was very helpful and provided valuable information which helped me make an informed decision. Based on my research and additional information provided by the Fetch advisor, I felt comfortable with the decision to sign up with them. Their coverage appears to be more thorough and extensive than the other companies I considered (Pet's Best, Healthy Paws, Embrace, etc.).

ManyPets has the best customer service!
ManyPets has the best customer service, and they offered a great explanation via chat and phone of my many questions regarding our insurance policy for our little Frida. Their website is user-friendly, and I love that they sent Frida's health insurance and wellness policies in PDF format right after signing her up. We just got the insurance and have not used it yet - I will write an updated review in the future.

This is my first experience with pet insurance so I didn't know what to expect. I am very happy with my choice of Spot. Filing a claim was easy. The response was timely and there was no quibbling about coverage. Direct deposit makes payment receipt a breeze.

Embrace Pet Insurance - a learning experience
Update: after numerous email and phone conversations and resubmitting veterinarian notes to Embrace, the company did approve our recent claim(s). We are saddened that it was such a frustrating journey to achieve these results. And, we are now very aware of the huge limitations and loopholes of pet insurance. The reason I decided to try pet insurance for the first time was because USAA was partnering with Embrace. I thought I could trust a company that USAA put its faith in. Embrace has not live up to USAA's standards of taking caring of customers so far. At a time when I need something to be easy and supportive, the emotional toll of dealing with jumping through hoops for insurance claims to be denied over and over is not worth it. Embrace has denied all claims on ridiculous exclusions on our dog who has been incredibly healthy until a recent ER visit. How lymph node issues, lethargy and no appetite can be denied because over a year ago we had a fatty mass checked out by the vet but not aspirated is beyond me. They have permanently excluded almost every possible condition for our dog now. Please be aware that if you find a mass on your dog (even just a fatty tissue one) and you do not needle aspirate it, Embrace will deny all claims going forward for ANY new masses (and other health issues as well). Shame on you Embrace.
