Disappointed
UPDATE: FetchPet got in touch and explained that my dog’s health problem occurred when the policy renewed, so part of the cost applied to last year’s deductible and part to this year’s deductible. I am glad they explained it, but have to decide if the $60 a month is really worth spending. Plus, they only replied once I complained. I do feel they need to improve their customer service. I had no problem when this was Petplan insurance. Now it is FetchPet and for some reason one claim I filed was split into 3 and separated they don’t meet the deductible. Together they easily meet it. I have tried calling and emailing to resolve this issue. I will update this review if I hear from them.

Nothing but good things to say about…
Nothing but good things to say about this company. They review claims and reimburse you quickly. My dog has been having an ongoing problem and they have covered every single little thing that needed to be done from the first appointment with the regular vet to the procedure at the vet specialist hospital. They were there throughout the whole thing covering my dog. It's so nice to know that I can afford what needs to be done thanks to this company. Otherwise I don't know what I would do. I would go into debt trying to make my dog better. Very quick responses to any questions or concerns you may have. I get this company and its employees an A+++ Thank you Pets Best!

Do not recommend
We understood getting this insurance that some stuff wouldn’t be covered within the 1st 6 months from policy start date. Our dog started limping, so we took her to get checked just for our vet to refer her to another specialist for an X-ray. New vet did X-ray and found out she had a cruciate ligament and needed surgery. We submitted all her medical records to prove it wasn’t an pre existing condition and it was an accident but PetsBest still closed the claim after making us call the all the vets we saw within the last 12mo. We knew cruciate ligament wouldn’t be covered but how is the X-ray that they did on her to find out what the issue was NOT COVERED! Called customer service just to be told that anything associated with cruciate ligament will not be covered. Wasted 4 months of money on this insurance scam. Stay far away from PetsBest because they will not work with you and will make up their own break down of the policy without proof.
