Broad dx prevents coverages of distinct issues
It seems to me that in the area of Pet Insurance , adjusters have an ability to turn every claim into a pre-existing condition. Allergies and eye infections become one and the same and clearly they are not. So many of times I’ll was coat so much to clearly identify the cause that it gets called a broad dx like stomach problems. Owners can not win. We are In the middle of deciding to cancel.
