Trupanion is a must have
Trupanion is a must have. I had a dog that has had health issues for the last 12 years and having Trupanion has saved me over 50k and literally saved my dogs life. They are amazing and reimburse you very quickly! I will never have a dog without Trupanion again!

I’m very happy I chose Spot. …
I’m very happy to be a part of the Spot family. I was impressed that someone called me after I first signed up and welcomed me and my dog. She was very kind and explained how everything worked and when. Asked me if I had any questions and that if I do in the future not to hesitate to call.

Tremendous Support for Chronic Condition
Fetch has been a tremendous support as we navigate my dog's chronic and severe allergies. My dog's monthly prescriptions cost approximately $400/month (pre-claim), and without Fetch, I would not be able to afford them. Previously, as part of the treatment for her allergies, Gracie ended up at the emergency vet requiring blood transfusions and emergency surgery (note - dog's don't like all 4 paws wrapped in bandages, so don't leave them alone with them and not expect to have them chewed and eaten!) When I received the final bill, it was devastating and likely would have been a catastrophic financial burden. Fetch reviewed my claim FAST and sent the reimbursement FAST. Highly recommend Fetch - monthly premiums are reasonable, claims process is EASY, and they review/pay quickly!

Helpful, friendly customer service
I chose ManyPets pet insurance because the customer service by phone was very helpful and their rates were competitive.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! After paying Spot Pet Insurance for years, when our pet had to go to the emergency clinic, they refused to pay our claim even though we had 2 different veterinarians stating plainly (diagnosis and letters from the vets) that our dog had eaten something, then vomited, then aspirated some of the vomit, which caused aspiration pneumonia. They have steadfastly tried to get out of paying our claim despite what the vets said was an accident, insisting that they don't cover illnesses. They are trying to use a loophole to get out of paying the claim. Both vets clearly stated that pneumonia was SECONDARY to the accident and we have accident insurance. They are insisting the primary diagnosis was an illness, not an accident as the veterinarians diagnosed. This has cost us 4k and a whole lot of headaches going back and forth with Spot. Look elsewhere.

Amazing
I adopted my pup Marvin earlier this year and immediately looked into Pet insurance because I am a college student. after researching different insurance plans, Spot seemed like the best option. I am so glad i signed up with spot when I did because Marvin ended up not being able to keep any food which led to many expensive vet visits. Spot was very helpful and timely with my claims.

A great insurance option for your pets
I recently changed jobs and was able to get a discount for having an ASPCA insurance policy, so I changed to it from Trupanion. My wife and I have insurance on all of our pets (2 dogs and 2 cats), and we have tried all of the main providers including Trupanion, Nationwide, and ASPCA. Recently our youngest, Luna, was having severe pain in the stomach and we had to go to the emergency vet multiple times within the same week. On the second trip, they decided to perform a biopsy on her GI tract and she stayed in the hospital for 3 days. The total cost was right around $8k total, of which ASPCA covered our yearly max of $5k. We received this payment in less than a week after the surgery, which is a great turnaround time. We had no issues with the claim or any questions that we had, which was awesome. I highly recommend ASPCA for your pet insurance; the only one which would be a higher recommendation would be Trupanion with a vet who supports their pay now option (basically, they pay your insurance claim to the vet directly while you are still there with no delays). Luna is doing fine now, and while I hope that I will not need to use the insurance, I'm happy with the fact that it's a smooth process if I do need it.
