We recently added a new addition to our family - a precious mini-poodle. We did our research as far as getting the right pet insurance - we decided to go with Spot Pet Insurance. Customer service is always ready to answer your questions and claims are processed quickly. I am also impressed with how you're kept informed throughout the claims process.

Incredibly disappointed …
I signed my two dogs up for Embrace Insurance after seeing such great reviews and recommendations. But so far I have had nothing but bad experiences. It has been over two months since my first claim was submitted for one dog and still no response. I call and am given different responses each time. It was put on hold saying they needed information, then they apparently get all information until today. I am now being told they are still missing notes and cannot proceed without them. What’s the point in paying for insurance if there is going to be so many issues trying to use the service. I was trying to be the responsible pet owner and was told insurance is great to have, very disappointed that Embrace has made it so difficult.

ER and Vet visits fully covered
My cat was sick about one month after I purchased the policy. I had to take her to the ER and the vet for follow up visits. ManyPets processed my over 1K claims once I provided all medical records within 2 days. Highly recommended!

Submitted 2 claims for my dog a month…
It took 7 weeks to get paid for my dogs 2 claims and at least a dozen phone calls and emails. I am canceling my 2 policies for my dogs,because it's easier to just pay your bill and get on with your life,no stress.
