This pet insurance company is not transparent.
This pet insurance company is not upfront about requirements. When you're enrolling in their program, they say that all that's required are the "soap" notes from a check-up/wellness visit within the past 6 months as these notes typically document all current and previous health concerns. I understand that they need this to check for pre-existing conditions. However, once you try to submit a claim, they will tell you that they now need the "soap" notes from every vet visit your pet has ever had. Depending on your vet, this can be a challenging task. I would be careful if you're considering Fetch and make sure that you have all notes from every vet visit. My vet also feels this company is not "user friendly" and prefers the insurance companies that simply provide a form for her to complete. Lastly, when I called to confirm the new documents required to submit a claim, the customer service representative was sarcastic, condescending, and rude. Needless to say that I will be shopping for new pet insurance.

PASS THIS INSURANCE UP
I am into the 3rd month and 9 calls since I submitted a claim that qualifies toward my deductible. It's back in "review" for a second time. ALL SUPERVISORS WERE SUPPOSEDLY "IN A MEETING" AND UNAVAILABLE TO TALK TO ME. Extremely unhappy with this coverage. Yes...an Account Manager called me back.. AFTER I PUT THIS REVIEW UP!! Again... PASS IT UP... DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFOREHAND!

So far so good
So far so good. I'm on the waiting period for our feline to be insured. I know ASPCA has been around forever. I hope the experience will be easy and great if I ever have to open a claim.

Insurance for rescue horses
The process for getting insurance for my horses was very smooth. With other insurances I either had to call or fill out several forms and submit and wait several days to hear back. With ASPCA, I was able to submit the form and get approval immediately. Also, because my horses are rescue animals, meaning their purchase prices were not high, a lot of insurances aimed at horses would not accept them whereas this was not an issue with ASPCA.

Fetch is best for pet insurance
I have policies for all 3 of my pets with Fetch and I am always so happy with their service. If you have multiple pets insurance is a must, and Fetch does it right! Big shout out to all the staff who answer all my calls and questions with diligence, patience and kindness.

Not worth it.
The cost isn't worth it unless you also get teeth cleaning and or have a spay/neuter. You can definitely save more money if you just shop your items better instead of getting the Wellness Program. There is a lot of fine print --- and you end up typically paying more than you would without the program. Figo Wellness wins the capitalism game on this one. Also each of the individual coverages are for sure not enough to cover. They're about 50-65% of what stuff actually costs.
