This has been a horrible experience!!!
This has been a horrible experience!!!! Every claim I have ever submitted has been claimed to be a pre-existing condition. It is a huge battle to get anything paid for. As of yet nothing has been covered. My dog was 4 months old at sign up. Had documentation of itchy face so they are denying anything that could even possibly be related to allergies as a pre-existing condition.

Pets Best is the Best!
Nora is our first Boston Terrier puppy, but we have had 6 Boston rescues in the previous 45 years. For our first puppy we reviewed and decided to insure her health with Pets Best. These folks are honest, accurate and have paid exactly as outlined in their policy. In addition, they are quick in turnaround time. We will keep our Pets Best insurance for as long as we, and Nora, are alive. Thank you for great customer service and cooperation with our vet practice. Don't choose any other pet insurance.
