In general, everyone at Trupanion has been very helpful. But, frankly, I don't have any idea why I received the starting this most recent exchange of email/information. I was told you couldn't give me any reimbursement for claims because you didn't have information about my dog's treatment at Fremont Veterinary in Portland, OR, when you already had the records. One of the three pages had my name on it, and the puppies we just new, had not yet gone to their forever homes, and had not actually been named yet. I was also told Fremont Veterinary had no information about my friend in their data base. My friend, Dr. Deborah Satterfield, and I raised this litter of 3 in her home for 2 months, before I took them to my home, and both our names and both our addresses were on one of the three pages I provided originally to Trupanion. Subsequently, you paid more than one claim to me. So the whole thing seemed very confusing to me.

Great pet Insurance.
Itâs easy to submit my claims online and I get an email immediately the claim was received. If any payment is due I typically receive that direct deposit into my account within the week. I would recommend Trupanion without reservation.

My experience with Ines was fine no problems.
My experience with Ines was fine, no problems. She was very pleasant. I do not agree with what she told me which is more an issue with Trupanion, unless Ines provided incorrect information. The reason I am unlikely to recommend Trupanion is because the medical information about Braxton is inaccurate and I was told that the only to fix this is to have my veterinarian submit paperwork to get this corrected. I donât know why this is needed as the medical records he provided are accurate and it is the Trupanion records that are inaccurate. Also, a 20% annual increase in monthly premiums is extremely unreasonable. I understand that costs go up and increases are inevitable but 20% annually is highway robbery.

The representatives were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about your plans and VERY patient answering all of our questions.
The representatives were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about your plans, and VERY patient answering all of our questions. Also, we didn't have to wait an extended time to be connected to a representative. Our call was answered by a HUMAN within a couple of minutes. It was a pleasure to not have to "talk" with a machine.
