Highly recommend Trupanion they're the best!!
Since we decided have pets we understood that they need the same care as our own child. Trupanion help us a lot because we lost our first beautiful dog Sookie and we didn't worry about big bills after she passed because Trupanion took care us it was a minimum payment that we did. A lot of people think that our pets don't need insurance but for our experience yes they need, they are the same as us and Trupanion is an excellent insurance for our pets. I have 3 dogs now and all of them had injured that they needed hospitalization, x-rays, laboratory, MRI, etc. and that is very expensive and because we have Trupanion as our insurance we can go without worrying to the veterinarian or hospital. I highly recommended this insurance because they never hesitate to help us. Thank you Trupanion you're the best!!!

Customer service has declined
I have an earlier review for Healthy Paws that is very positive, because they really did provide good coverage for my pet. However, I've had way too much difficulty trying to cancel my insurance (after moving to Canada). I've been trying for a month and they just withdrew another payment from my bank account. Their customer service has really declined.

Any time I have ever called Embrace I have had a god experience the people that I speak with are knowledgeable and friendly and willing to explain if I don't understand. I am a USAA member and of course I went with their recommendation for Embrace. We have had Embrace for our fur babies since 2016 and many improvements have been made for the processes for claims and EOB.
