Pretty Good, but not perfect!
Unhappy with the new rules pertaining to the $500 deductible per incident. For some reason our last few claims have been delayed extensively. Prior to July 2022, the claims use to be processed and paid within 72 hours. Prior to these two issues, I would have given Trupanion a "10"

Happy customer!
When I left a veterinary ophthalmologistâs office knowing that my dog would need surgery costing at least 2,400, I was panicked! As a retired teacher, living on a fixed income, I was worried. I called Trupanion and the woman I spoke with alleviated my fears. She explained the claims process which was quite easy. I have received frequent updates about the claims that I have filed thus far. I am hopeful that all will go well with my dogâs surgery and I will receive a payment from Trupanion once we have met our deductible. So far, I am a very satisfied customer:)
