Beware of Foxtails
My pup got his paws (or should I say mouth 🙄) on a whole wack of foxtails this summer. The vet bill was pretty extensive and Fetch was amazing, the claim and payment process was seamless. Thank you for making a very stressful time a little less stressful!!!

I have tried other pet insurance companies before and they were mediocre compared to my experience with MetLife. The claims process is flawless, the coverage is excellent and the customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend this company. You will be surprised at how efficient this company is.

Waste of Money
I filled a claim for my dog it took two months for them to deny my claim. They advised my dog had preexisting issues that had nothing to do with the current issue. I wasted 10 months of premium for nothing.

Love this company! I have had them for over a year now, and while I haven’t had to contact them frequently (knock on wood), when I have had to they are courteous and knowledgeable. The reimbursements arrive quickly and without issue! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I have used trupanion insurance now for about 15 years…
I have used trupanion insurance now for almost 15 years. All I could say is I am 100% satisfied with this company. They have been most helpful, kind, knowledgeable and just great with their helping by explaining everything that I'm not familiar with. I highly recommend anybody who has a pet especially a young pet to immediately get on board with trupanion. Don't wait until your dog has an illness. So many people put it off and when their dogs get older and come down with something serious it could be very expensive for you out of pocket by yourself. I've had dogs for 50 years and it wasn't until 2010 that I even knew dog insurance existed. I've had four dogs with Trupanion now and I don't regret one minute of using them. 24/7 they are there for you. A+ company.
