I have 2 small dogs I never had pet ins. until now and they cover everything for a wellness check up for 8and 10 weeks old vet bill was close to 300.00 I paid and pumkin ins. said they cover 100 percent and waiting to refund direct deposit in my account

I continue to be impressed by how efficient, professional and easy it is to put in claims for my Yorkiepoo. The wellness claims have covered having him neutered and chipped. I utilize the direct deposit and the refunds go into my bank without waiting for a check in the mail. I highly recommend Pets Best to anyone who has a pet and wants help in covering the cost it takes to care for them the best way possible.

Love Spot Pet Insurance so far. I joined about 1 week ago and within less than a week, my claims for my fur babies were processed and approved! They are straight forward and the policies are very easy to understand! No hidden fees either or reading between the lines with this company. If you are serious about your fur babies health, I would definitely consider Spot Pet Insurance. It’s definitely worth the price.

WORST COMPANY EVER
I originally signed up with PetPlan and they sold to Fetch. I have had problems with this company since the moment they took over. They raised my monthly plan by an additional $20 a month and covered a lot less things. Also, their website is broken so you cant even chat with a person on it you can only click the pre-typed chat prompts, it does not let you type yourself. I have paid $660 in insurance fees thus far this year and over $700 at the vet and yet I have somehow not hit my $500 deductible because they do not cover many of the things my former plan with PetPlan did cover. The customer service people are rude and do not explain anything, they just direct me to their website which is poorly designed and barely works. I immediately cancelled my plan with them after they told me basically "that sucks" when I expressed my frustration with having paid over $1300 and seeing nothing in return. I wish PetPlan never sold to them because they were great, and Fetch is awful. Also, you can only cancel your membership on the phone, and they have no phone number posted on their website. Therefore you have to use the broken chat to try and talk to a person to obtain the phone number to cancel. I had to take screenshots of my text in the notes app and drag them into the chat just to type my own sentences and ask for a phone number.
