Peace of Mind!
I can't tell you how much it means to me that Trupanion jas my little girl covered. She fell ill suddenly and if it hadn't been for insurance, I am not sure how we would've been able to cover costs that saved her life... literally saved her life. Thank you so much trupanion for your kind customer care, your quick review of claim and ease of claim submittal. I am forever grateful.

Never disappointed, Always fair and prompt
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trupanion as coverage on your fur babies. This is the first time we ever purchased insurance for our pet. Our full breed Silver Lab is highly active and adventurous. There’s NO hesitation to bring her to the vet for care. We have Never had to make a decision to not provide care, especially with inflation. Trupanion looks over the claims, and they pay 90 % of the visit. After, First meeting a $250 deductible for the condition , office visit fee and wellness portions. That seems like your not getting much, but trust us. The bills add up. Our baby has allergies, she’s on medication pills and injections . We met her deductible 6 years ago. For ALL Her medications , we receive 90%. She had surgery on her hind leg, $7000 and rehabilitation. We got back $5654. Again we highly recommend getting your family members ( fur babies) coverage. Great company!

Save your money. Say NO to trupanion
Years of paying premiums only to get nothing when you submit a claim. Paid $9 of a $1500 bill after waiting a month to even get the claim reviewed. Save your money don't give it to trupanion. After posting this now trupanion wants more info... maybe you should be quicker to review your claims than your negative reviews. I have already canceled my policy. Complete waste of money for years.

This company is a horrible pet…
Fetch by the dodo is an expensive pet insurance. DO NOT buy. I used my insurance this year and they told me that since I used my policy they doubled my monthly payment. Once you use your policy they try to price you out before you cost them any money. This is the exact opposite of what I was told when I signed up for the policy. UPDATE: I called back today and spoke to a manager. He said my price did not go up because of my claim instead they dropped my reimbursement rate to the lowest (70%) and my healthy pet discount dropped in half as well. (not cool) That is what caused my rate to go up and my dog being a year older. I still believe it was a big price jump, but at least a manager was willing to talk to me. He said the person I previously spoke to was incorrect in telling me it was because of my claim.
