I got pet insurance because we had to…
I got pet insurance because we had to put our last dog down because we couldn’t come up with the $10000 to have her surgery and other vet service that were required to cure her, so we got insurance through this company. Then to later figure out that the invoice(s) have to be paid in-full first before a reimbursement can be approved. So let’s say the same thing happens to Pook? How do I come up with the $10 000 to cover it it. Now I’ve been told that there is a company that covers everything first. Just like human insurance. So unless fetch can bend the rules a bit, I’m going to have to most likely say goodbye.

What amazing customer service
What amazing customer service! My dog Sela had TPLO surgery last week, and is now on the long road to recovery. She is a young and very lively dog so we are keeping her nice and quiet while she is in rehabilitation for her leg. This was a sudden accident, and so we had to move quickly to line up surgery and now rehabilitation. With everything happening so fast, Healthy Paws was fantastic. It’s so easy to file a claim online, the turnaround time for the reimbursement is really fast, and the coverage extensive. I even received an email from them asking how Sela is doing. I wish my human insurance company was as efficient and pleasant to work with! I am super impressed with Healthy Paws and am highly recommending them to everyone.
