Review your policy and Medical Record

I submitted a follow up appointment for the same ongoing issue and it was denied, I replied that I didn't agree and why and I was told I have to file an appeal. The invoice states it is a follow up as well. Thanks, Kim Clyde

Very happy with Trupanion

Never a hassle. Always easy to file a claim, direct deposit in just a few days. Very happy we got Trupanion when Jaxson was 8 weeks. Very glad we have it now that he's 12.
