So easy to submit bill from Vet and fast response time to receive my check back. Couldn’t imagine not having insurance for my dog, a Golden Retriever. Such a relief knowing I can afford to have him cared for.

Everything is pre-existing
I have found that this company tries to make everything a pre-existing condition so they do not have to pay. When they denied my claim, my vet wrote to them and said that the current issues have absolutely nothing to do with my 2 year old dogs pre-existing condition (which I have never even tried to file a claim for) and they still denied the claim. I will be looking for new insurance for my dog.

MetLife Animal Insurance
This insurance is the best animal insurance without a doubt I have ever had!!! They make it so easy to file a claim and they always let you know when they have received it and that they are working on it. As soon as it’s been approved they let you know and they pay on it within a week or two at the latest and they have paid almost 100% on every bill I have sent them over a four month period!! They are truly amazing and I would highly recommend MetLife for your animal.

Good…So Far
It was quick to setup and start. The rates are reasonable for a small dog. I’m hoping they don’t skyrocket like many insurance companies do.
