Overall a very very smooth experience, from submission to reimbursement. As long aS you submit all the required documents there is no hassle at all. Only thing I think could improve is turn around time compared to my experience with other pet insurance companies!

Great quotes, great service
I have worked in veterinary medicine for 22 years. Fetch is a newer company and when I got my puppy last Jan, I decided to get a quote. Not only did their quote knock all other companies out of the park, they have an app that makes it super easy for to send in your claims. I only had to use them twice this year and I am beyond happy with this complany

Best pet insurance company
Our Bengal ingested foam which caused his intestine to be blocked requiring emergency surgery. It was a very stressful and expensive day, but knowing we had emergency pet insurance made it easy to move forward with treatment. The policy was very straightforward, as was submitting a claim. The day after our ordeal, we submitted our claim and were reimbursed by direct deposit less than 2 weeks later! This was hands down the best insurance experience I have ever had and any time I had questions about my policy or claim the live chat was super helpful. 10/10 would recommend getting this for peace of mind during pet ownership.

Dependable, consistent service and coverage
I unfortunately have a purebred boxer that has many ailments. I’ve been very happy with this pet insurance. Everything they stated that would be covered under my plan was covered with no hassle or questions. I have always received excellent customer service and would highly recommend this pet plan to anybody looking into insurance for there for their fur babies.
