So many reasons!
So many reasons!!! My dog just had to have emergency surgery for IVDD. So firstly, Iâm sooo happy I have pet insurance in the first place. Your customer service staff are just lovely and wonderful to talk to; they really care and are quite knowledgeable. Also the financial end of jt⦠having to pay the deductible once if anything else occurs regarding the IVDD. Also, you deal with the clinic directly for the majority of the claim. That is such a relief because in this case I was so worried about Molly, and she was my focus. Itâs very hard to focus on other things at that time. And the biggest reason of all⦠you have made it financially possible for people to insure their pets and not have to make that awful choice of euthanasia in the case of something happening. Thank you for being there for both Molly and myself.
